Looks like some sort of fluid check-valve (one-way-flow) to me. I'll bet it is a unique design - what does it go on and have you contacted the manufacturer or distributor?
What type of Plunger/Valve is this? And does anyone know where to purchase these in large quantities.
Any information anyone has on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, David

I am with Kelly on this, that top button looks like it might be machined from Delrin or Nylon, most likely Nylon going by the color. That would make it a proprietary item and you may need to have them made.
It should not be all that expensive now that CNC lathes tend to dominate the lathe-working **********.
Is this a pneumatic or hydraulic application? You might check companies like Clippard for small specialized pneumatic components or a company like Sun Hydraulics for screw-in cartridge valves.
It is used in an electric fuel pump to help control the flow of fuel. It is used as a type of return valve, but I am unable to find a manufacturer that might be able to help us produce this.fuel pump cut-out-1.jpg
Lot of unnecessary machining in that thread length on the port block.
