I need to know the 4 bar linkage's rules on each link's dimension relationship,

can some body tell me ??

Sorry for the weak and late answer.
There is however a good book that I believe will help with this in other similar questions.

This book is "Machine Design, An Intergrated Approach" by Robert L. Norton. It is a current college text and the second edition should be in print or in stock.
