There are strict laws about exporting electronic devices and software concepts which originate in the USA to foreign nations which could be used in anyform of weapon electronics system. The best place to find the answer to your question is from a Texas Instruments representive. You will have to prove your legal rights to the technology. If you do not have the rights to the information or device you will find it difficult to get. No offense, but..... Not knowing if these kind of questions are ask from inside the USA or a nation with correct trading priviliges for this kind device and software I highly recommend that no one on this forum exchange this kind of information to anyone, no matter where or who they claim to be.
