I doubt it with the limited information you have provided. What's the function? What's the fluid? What codes apply (ASME, etc.)? What factors affect its manufacture, use, maintenance, etc?

I would contact a fluid power vendor that sells compressors and pneumatic machinery and ask for their help. Lots of variables will apply - max pressure, min pressure, flow rates, connections, environment, and others. If you are designing the vessel yourself, you should become VERY familiar with the ASME code. Not sure what you mean by "dish".
